Duration picnic
The ready-set picnics* are 2 hours, if you finish early please contact us to arrange an early collection. You can’t leave the setup unattended.
The Self-Setup package has a duration of 3 hours, this includes set up & pack down time.
If you like to have a longer picnic please get in touch when you make the booking.
If you want to add more time last minute, please call us at 0034 622 449 424. It’s €45,- extra p/h.
*with exception of the proposal macramé backdrop which is 1,5 hours.
Locations
Our luxury ready set picnics are set up for you in a beautiful private field location (South) with Es Vedra in the backdrop. We can set up here for couples up until 25 guests. After booking the exact location will be shared with a pin drop. Villa or venue setups are possible on request, then field hire fees do not apply. Get a custom quote!
If you want to enjoy your picnic in a public location (like the beach or a cliff) you’ll have to choose the Self-setup Picnic because companies are not allowed to set up in public places by law. We can help you with choosing a good location if you´d like. And of course we will share our tips and tricks on how to style it all perfectly.
Payments
You can easily pay your order with credit card, pay pal or IDeal while checking out here on the website. You can also choose to pay in cash, a 30% deposit is then needed to reserve the date. You´ll find our bank transfer details at the check out. Incase you missed them;

self-setup picnics
This package is perfect for public areas like the beach or pretty sunset cliffs. We deliver and pick up everything, but setting up and breaking down is done by you. We only meet you on spots that are reachable by car to do the drop off & pick up.
For self-setup picnics, clients are free to choose a location that suits their plans. When selecting a spot, please make sure the location is suitable for a small picnic setup and not located on private property without permission.
If you are planning your picnic in a natural area, beach, park or countryside location, we kindly ask you to be mindful of local regulations and protected nature areas.
If you are unsure whether a location is appropriate, feel free to check with us in advance. We are always happy to help guide you.
Please put any garbage in the provided bin bag, for us to collect. Plates, cutlery & glasses can go back into the provided containers, for us to clean. DO NOT leave any trash, respect your surroundings.
missing or Damaged items
Any missing or damaged items will be charged for. Stains will be cleaned and may result in dry cleaning or professional cleaning charges. By booking a picnic with us you agree to these terms & conditions.
Cancellations / bad weather
Do you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking? We give a 50% refund if you cancel 10 days before the scheduled date. If you cancel within 9 days of the scheduled date there will be no refund. This is because there is too little time to fill up the spot we reserved for you. Rescheduling is possible till 10 days before the date without extra costs!
If the weather forecast predicts rain, we can reschedule or move inside if you have an indoor option available!
nature and trash
We have a lot of respect for nature and ask this also from my clients. Please do not let any garbage get into nature and don’t harm the surroundings of your picnic. We will provide the self setup packages with a bin bag for your trash during your picnic time.
When enjoying a picnic outdoors, please make sure the location is left exactly as you found it. All items, decorations, food packaging and personal belongings must be removed after use.
Nothing should be left behind in nature, including small items such as napkins, cigarette butts or food waste.
Our goal is for you to enjoy beautiful moments in nature while keeping Ibiza’s landscapes clean and protected.
custom styling & planning
We would love to hear if you have any other theme ideas or wishes. Requests for extra activities, musicians, props, photo backdrops etc are all possible. Besides the picnics we also offer tablescaping and grazing runners for at your villa. Please contact us to discuss all the possibilities.
photography
We reserve the right to use all photo’s taken of the picnic before your arrival. If you choose to have our photographer during your picnic and don’t want us to use those images, please let us know.

number of guests
Our picnics are for minimum 2 guests. Online you can book up to 14 guests. For bigger groups please contact us and we will make you a custom quotation. If there is a change in the number of people after booking, please communicate this with us min 10 days before the event.
liability
Into the Wild Picnics is not responsible or accountable for any damage, injury, death or loss of income caused to the client, any third parties or properties due to the hire of equipment or provided services. All equipment is hired and is the responsibility of the client until returned to Into the Wild Picnics. By booking a picnic with us you agree to these terms & conditions.
product / prop hire
In addition to our picnic experiences, selected materials, styling pieces and decorative props are also available for rental through our creative studio, Studio Lois.
Studio Lois specializes in event styling, tablescaping and full-service event production for private events, weddings and brand activations in Ibiza. A curated selection of event props, tableware and styling elements can be rented separately for professional or private use.
